Harrisburg- Bobby Gene McPherson, 56, passed away March 2, 2018 at St Bernard's Medical center. He was born July 7, 1961 in Wynne to the late Robert and Joan Williams McPherson.

He was a member of the Vanndale Baptist Church and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who loved being outdoors hunting and fishing as well as spending time working on cars with his brother, playing card games and playing with his two beloved granddaughters.

Survivors include his loving wife, Pam, of the home, daughters, Kim McPherson of Harrisburg and Amy McPherson Waggoner of Harrisburg, granddaughters, McKaela Waggoner and McKinley Waggoner both of Harrisburg, sisters, Glenda Polson of Memphis, TN, Bettye Mason (Ron) of Melbourne, Wanda Nickles of Wynne, Tamara McPherson of Jonesboro, brother, Robbie McPherson of Cherry Valley and sister, Brenda Cole (fianc- Robert Farmer) of Harrisburg and sister-in-law, Teresa Bass of Trumann.

Mr. McPherson is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Joan Williams McPherson and his mother and father-in-law, Charles and Shirley Baker.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Robert Nickles, Jamie McCammon, Jarod McCammon, Bruce Loughary, Eddie Baker and Eric Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Blagg, Cameron Blagg and Mark Webb.

A celebration of life will be 1:00 pm Monday March 5, 2018 in the chapel of Gregg Weston Funeral Home in Harrisburg with Pastor Charles Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 pm until 5 pm on Sunday.
