Bobby Gene Armstrong, 78, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2020 in Batesville. Bobby was born January 23, 1941 in Peach Orchard to Clarence Armstrong and Carrie Gunter in Peach Orchard.

Bobby worked at S-B Power Tools for over 30 years as a facilities engineer. He loved watching Cardinals games and westerns, playing cards, reading, working with his hands, drawing, and planting gardens. He also loved spending quality time with his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Belinda Armstrong.

Bobby is survived by children, Debbie Armstrong Fox of Horseshoe Bend, Bobbie Jean Armstrong of Virginia, and step-son Dickey Johnson of Mountain View, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren, Trevor and Maekayla Fox of Corning, step-grandchildren Charley Zirbel of Pocahontas, Samantha James, Cheyenne Matlock, Chrystal Phipps, Paige McCollin, and Autumn Johnson. Siblings, Frieda Borner of Conway and Joyce Bruton of Bryant.

All services will be at McNabb Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 2 PM - 4 PM in the chapel. Funeral service will be Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11 AM with Perry Tidwell officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
