Jonesboro- Bobbie Jo Ring, 46, passed away  on August 9, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center. Born in Batesville on July 11, 1979, to Bobby Dale Ring and Peggy Jo Powers, Bobbie Jo was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her.

Known for her radiant smile and generous heart, Bobbie Jo never hesitated to lend a helping hand. She found joy in the simple pleasures, spending time with family and friends, riding her scooter through town, and indulging in her love of shopping. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Bobbie Jo is survived by her husband, Jessie Lee Thomas; her mother, Peggy Powers Davis; her step-father Charlie Davis; her sister, Carissa Wofford; her brother, Nick (Michelle) Ring; her son, Isaiah Powers; her daughter, Jada Powers and her brother-in-law Shane McBride.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Dale Ring; her sister, Stephanie Dickson; and her grandparents, David and Willene Powers and Jeff and Irene Ring.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Gregg Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Reverand Coty Powers.

Bobbie Jo's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Her laughter, compassion, and unwavering love will never be forgotten.
