IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bobbie Jean
Harrison
December 26, 1938 – March 10, 2026
Bobbie Jean Hamilton Harrison, 87 of Jonesboro passed from this life Tuesday, March 10th at her home with her sons by her side. A devoted Christian, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Bobbie was the matriarch of her family. She lived a life rooted in faith, kindness, and gratitude for life’s simple blessings.
She was born on December 26, 1938 in Cash, AR to Edward and Cora Hamilton. She grew up in Bay, AR and in her adult years, called Jonesboro home. She was a long-time member of Nettleton church of Christ where she was active in the ladies group. She was a friend to all and never strayed from lending a helping hand.
Bobbie had a love for travel and cherished memories made along the way. Whether visiting new places or simply enjoying time at home, she found happiness in the simple things- being active, sharing/hosting meals, holiday decorating, gardening and reading a good book on her sunporch.
Above all else, she treasured her family. As the heart of the family, she brought generations together with her love, strength and grace. She took great pride in her family which she helped to nurture and guide.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Gordon Harrison; four sisters, Marzella, Patty, Annie, and Betty; and three brothers, Hiram (Hi), Bill, Jim, and one great grandson Harrison Snow.
She is survived by her sons Mark (Nancy) Harrison, and Paul (Sheila) Harrison; six Grandchildren, Evan (Bethania) Harrison, Hunter (Whitney) Harrison, Reese (Haley) Harrison, Brady Harrison, Ryleigh (Clayton) Snow, Erin Harrison; two great grandchildren Milan Harrison and Turner Snow. Who will honor her life and the example she set.
Though she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with the Lord she faithfully served.
