Billy D. Stone, 72, of Lake City, died April 12, 2007 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Lake City on March 31, 1935 to the late Elmer and Ruby Stone. He was a member of the Lake City United Methodist Church. He received a BSE in English and History at Arkansas State University.
