Billy Eugene Myers, 77 of Pocahontas, passed away March 29, 2022, at his home. He was born September 22, 1944, to the late Kay Myers Jr. and Mary Inez Myers-Foote in Deckerville, AR.

Billy attended the Church of God of Prophecy of Pocahontas, was a member of the Blanchard Springs Saddle Club, Maynard Saddle Club, and the Birdell Saddle Club. He also participated in the Haven House annual Trail Ride for battered women.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kay Myers Jr. and Mary Myers-Foote, his brother John Myers, his brother Larry Myers and his nephew Ronnie Myers.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Myers, of the home; his three daughters: Cindy Myers (Gary Clark) of Jonesboro, Connie Brasher of Pocahontas and Crystal Myers of Pocahontas. He has seven grandchildren: Jennifer (Luke) Gazaway of Jonesboro, Amanda (DJ) Button of Pratt, KS, Craig Wright of Jonesboro, Courtney Thompson of Conway, Christopher (Kathryn) Myers of Smithville, Zachary Sellers of Pocahontas, and Carissa Specking of Lafe. He has nine beloved great grandchildren. His siblings are Bob (Sandra) Myers of Marked Tree, Todd (Nancy) Myers of Lepanto, Jerry (Lisa) Myers of Savannah TN, Danny Myers of Marked Tree, and Debbie (Herb) Myers-Sones of Jonesboro. He also has twelve nieces and nephews.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include his oldest brother Bob Myers, youngest brother Danny Myers, brother-in-law Herb Sones, first nephew Bobby Myers Jr., first grandson Christopher Myers, and dear friend Shawn Christner.

Honorary pallbearers are his brother Todd Myers and his brother Jerry Myers.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staffs of NEA Baptist Medical Center, Randolph County Home and Rehab, and Legacy Hospice of Walnut Ridge.
