Billy Joe Jones, 82, of Pocahontas, AR departed from his earthly home on December 23, 2024, at Pocahontas Healthcare and Rehab Center.

Billy was born in Arkansas on September 13, 1942, to the late George Washington Jones and Pauline Southard Jones. Billy was a produce farmer for most of his life. He enjoyed being outdoors and found solace in the harvesting of the produce.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one daughter.

He is survived by his granddaughter, Jolene Herman of Pocahontas.

Cremation has been chosen as final disposition.
