Pocahontas-Billy Floyd Howard, 88, passed away December 29, 2015. Billy was born November 2, 1927 in East St. Louis, Illinois to James and Goldie Jean Mauzy Howard. He is survived by children: Sherry Butz of Pocahontas, James Lester (Donna) Howard of Pearl City, IL, Donald Wayne Howard of Davis Junction, IL; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren on the way; siblings JoAnn McGhee of Byron, IL, Helen Stroup and Thomas (Sharon) Howard both of Port St. Lucie, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years Devona Mae Cron, son Thomas Leroy Howard, great-grandson Brandon John Spray, and brother Bob Howard. No services at this time.
