Bono- Billy Ray Collins, 72, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at his residence. He was born February 1, 1936 in Bay to the late Flute and Josie Collins. He was retired after 27 years from Lincoln Manufacting Company as a forklift operator, where he received several awards and served as a union steward for 15 years.
