Monette Billie Dean Dunn, 77, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Belle Mead Nursing Home in Paragould. He was born in Lincoln on June 29, 1930 to the late Hubert and Dorothy Dunn. He was a retired mechanic with an oil company and of the Assembly of God belief. Billie served his country in the National Guard.
