Jonesboro- Bill Wyse, 76, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born September 6, 1938 in Bay to the late Leonard and Gladys Perry Wyse. He married Judy Hales Wyse on March 8, 1967. He was a Safeway Store manager for over 20 years. He enjoyed fishing with his brothers and loved his grandchildren.He was an active member of Christian Valley Christian Church in Jonesboro. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Judy Hales Wyse; three daughters, Cyndi Wyse Aviles and husband Bene of Cabot, Traci Wyse and partner Kathe Medwin of Cape Cod, Mass. and Ami Wyse Richardson and husband Steve of Jonesboro; five grandchildren, Corban Richardson, Jake Aviles, Canaan Richardson, Will Wyse and Cal Richardson; a brother-in-law, Randy Hales of Jonesboro and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also preceded in death by three sisters, Gwen Pierce, Joyce Lipford and Faye Wyse; five brothers, Hank Wyse, Richard Wyse, Calvin Wyse, Jerry Wyse and Perry "Frog" Wyse and his mother and father-in-law, Harroll and Margaret Hales. A celebration of his life will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Mitch Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Kellers Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, Monday, January 5, 2015 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Corban Richardson, Jake Aviles, Canaan Richardson, Will Wyse, Cal Richardson, Joe Turney and Ray Rankin and as honorary pallbearers are J. D. Salmons and Max Hales. Lasting memorials may be sent to Christian Valley Christian Church Building Fund.
