Obituary

Jonesboro- Bill Claude Moss, 55, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home.

He was born February 24, 1965 in Salem to Claude Fisher and Bonnie Jean Weaver Moss.

Bill loved two things in this world more than anything else: his family and his work. He believed in working hard at everything and enjoyed the fruits of his labor with his family and friends. As partner of Gateway Engineering for 26 years, his coworkers were more than work buddies - they were family. He especially loved when work and those he loved collided taking every opportunity to teach and care for those around him.

Bill was a brilliant engineer, pilot, proud grandfather, admired dad, cherished husband, loved son, trusted friend, a beloved child of God and so many other things to so many people.

He loved the Jeep, the pool, spending time at the lake, visiting with his special church friends, and giving everyone a hard time.

Bill will be forever known as the 5 foot 6 giant who is strong, courageous, brilliant, hard working, prepared, protective and incredibly loving.

In lieu of flowers should anyone wish to contribute, a memorial scholarship has been set up for an engineering student: Bill Moss Memorial Scholarship at GoFundMe.com.
