Obituary
Cabot- Betty Gene Streete, 94, formerly of Jonesboro passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Greystone Nursing and Rehab.
She was born September 5, 1926 in Austin, Texas to the late James and Mabel Burch Norwood. She had been a dental assistant for many years for Drs. Bob Lile and Henry Lile. She was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church.
She was survived by a daughter, Sandra Parker and her husband, Malcolm of Jacksonville; two grandchildren, Carla Clements of Benton and Dean Davis of White Hall; a sister, Harriet Humphrey of Austin, Texas; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Streete; a daughter, Diane Swihart; two sons, Doug Streete and John Streete; four sisters, Dorothy Burchard, Marie Roberts, Earlene Hocker and Barbara Parr and a granddaughter, Debra Price.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
