Betty Sue Stout, 78, of Pocahontas, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 5 Rivers Medical Center.

She was born November 7, 1941 in Pocahontas to Leslie and Novelle Capps Johnston.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie Johnston and Novelle Capps Crays; husband, Glendon Stout; brothers, Junior Johnston, Claude Dean Crays, and Randall Crays; and sister, Claudette Reed.

She is survived by her daughter Patty Reed (Rick Roth); son, Steven (Cindy) Stout; grandchildren, Autumn (Seth) Clark, Jeremy (Jessica) Stout, and Holly (John) Green; great-grandchildren, Jarrett Clark, Jace Clark, John William Clark, Caroline Stout, Haley Stout, Emma Stout, and Harper Green; sister, Katherine; brother, Wesley Johnston; and sister-in-law, Brenda Johnston.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are, Roger Lassen, Seth Clark, Jace Clark, Stuart Blalock, Dillion Boucher, and Donald Boucher.

David Lassen will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be Friday, September 18, 2020 from 1 -2 P.M. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 P.M. with Randy Lingenfelter officiating. Burial will follow at Jarrett Cemetery.
