Pocahontas: Betty Jane Hoggard 85 passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Tommy and Robie Thompson. She was preceded by her Husband, John Charles (J.C. Hoggard), one brother, Glen Thompson and two sisters, Naomi Arnold and Neta Bell Doan. She is survived by two sons, Dwaine (Christine Massey) Hoggard, Dennis(Wanda) Hoggard, two daughters, Judy (Mike) Richardson and Vicki (Stanley) Camp, all of Pocahontas, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Also, her special friend, Melba Gates of Walnut Ridge, her brother-in-law Walter Doan, and several nieces and nephews. . Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and services will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Rev. Nelson Henderson and Rev. Jerry Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Chad Richardson, Brandon Richardson, Nicholas Richardson, Chris Hoggard, Wendy Shepherd, Justin Camp, Nathan Camp, Jeremy Hoggard and Jordan Hoggard. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tony Shepherd ,Jenifer Richardson, Suzy Hoggard, Nicole Camp and Sarah Camp.
