Pocahontas - Betty Sue Duncan, 62, passed away August 29, 2010. She is preceded in death father Wess Gipson, husband Robert Duncan, four brothers; Donald, Sidney, Melvin and Ronnie Gipson. Two infant sisters; Clara Gipson and Norma Gipson. She is survived by daughter Shannon Sue Bettis, mother Imo Gipson and special friend Ronnie Young. Two sisters; Diane Bristow and Dessie Smith. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 02, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Ridge Community Church with Jim Pagan and Carl Massey officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. Thursday also at church. McNabb Funeral Home was in charge of making arrangements.
