Pocahontas - Betty Ann (Thatch) Bailey, 67, passed away Sunday at Five Rivers Medical Center. She was born April 10th, 1941, in Hamil, to the late John W. And Mattie (Kildow) Thatch. Her husband, Sillius Bailey, also preceded her in death. She is survived by three sons, James Overstreet of Bryant, AR. Mark Overstreet of Cabot , AR. John Wayne Bailey of Pocahontas, AR. One daughter, Suzie Compton of Pocahontas. Two stepsons, Milton Bailey of New Tazwell, TN. And Larry Wayne Bailey of Vonore, TN. One step-daughter, Judy Schweitzer of Pemberton, OH, and eight grandchildren. Five sisters, Nina Hausman, Lena Watson of Pocahontas, Charlene Vandergriff of Hamil, Jessie Berry of Missouri and Pauline Smith of Corning. Four brothers, Gary Thatch of Ravenden, Bill Thatch of Pocahontas, Jackie Thatch of Dalton, and Charles Thatch of Missouri. Visitation will be held at McNabb Funeral Home from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held Thursday August 14th, at 2:30 P.M., at Randolph Memorial Gardens with Calvin Botard officiating. Family and friends served as Pallbearers.
