Betsy Ann Kiefer, 72, of Pocahontas passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at her home.

She was born December 6, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Charles and Genevieve Johnston Drury. She worked as an LPN for the Doni Martin Center and was a member of St. John Catholic Church. Betsy was an animal lover, feeding and watching birds daily. Her dog Annie was with her wherever she went and was by her side in the end. While she was very proud of her children she also loved being with "her kids" at the Doni Martin Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Genevieve Drury; and husband, Bob Kiefer.

Betsy is survived by her daughter, Sarah (Norm) Jurs of Pocahontas; son, Joshua Kiefer of Munford, TN; grandchildren, Memphis and Dechlin Jurs of Pocahontas; and sister, Scharlene Groen of Diamond City; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, March 19, 2021 from 5-7 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a Rosary being said at 7 PM. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 10 AM at St. John Catholic Church with Father Stephen Elser officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
