Little Rock Bernice Charlotte Baker, 96, formerly of Monette, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Cabot Nursing and Rehab. She was born February 16, 1913 in Little Rock to the late Dr. Thomas Peter and Anna Harper. She was a homemaker and loved to garden flowers, puzzles, crochet and loved attending Sunday School.
