Berley Ray Lynxwiler, 77, a long-time resident of Maynard, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

He was born December 31, 1946 in Warm Springs to the late Elmer and Nova Toy Lynxwiler.  He was a truck driver and of the Christian faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Freda Mae (Wilkerson) Lynxwiler; parents, Elmer and Nova (Toy) Lynxwiler; and siblings, Joanna Waggoner and Wayne Lynxwiler.

He is survived by his children, Kendall Lynxwiler of Walnut Ridge, Michelle (James) Cockrum of Maynard, and Timothy (Loretta) Lynxwiler of Paragould; grandchildren, Lori, Melissa, Heather, Brandon, Tylan, Cierra and Jordan, and many great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Maynard Cemetery with Kevin Lynxwiler officiating with burial to follow under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
