Obituary
Jonesboro- Berl Gene Sutfin, 85, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Lexington Place.
He was born June 17, 1933 in Jonesboro to the late Eugene and Annie Faught Sutfin. He loved everything outdoors especially fishing. He will be remembered as a loving, father, grandfather and friend.
He is survived by two sons, Burl Sutfin and Phillip Sutfin both of Brookland; grandchildren, Shavanna Gillett of Brookland, Jessica Gaylord (Kenneth) of Noel, Missouri and Dallas Gillett of Brookland; a nephew, Troy Hall of Brookland; nine great-grandchildren, Jaisa Smith, Adleigh Smith, Jordan Gaylord, Lucian Gaylord, Alayna Gillett, Macy Gillett, Micheal Salazar, Nicole Salazar and Nigel Greer.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Glory Ann Sutfin and a sister, Margaret Hall.
A visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel. Service and burial will be private.
