Obituary
Paragould- Benjamin David McDonald, 92, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017.
He was born May 30, 1924 in Harrisonville, Missouri to the late Benjamin C. and Valma May Peabody McDonald. He served his country proudly in the Air Force during World War II. He was a faithful member of Knights of Columbus and a supporter of DAV. He was a hotel business manager in Clearwater, Florida for many years. He loved playing Bingo at the Catholic Church Senior Bees.
He is survived by a son, Rick Jeffers; a daughter-in-law, Sheila Mitchell; close friends, Pat Quinn, Curtis Flemming and Bill Patton and well as many others.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Harris and Bertie Lee Teawater; a brother, Bob McDonald.
A memorial funeral mass will be 6:00 pm, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paragould with Father Mike Sinkler officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.
