Beatrice Barrett, 65, of Pocahontas passed away Friday, September 18, 2020 at St. Bernard's Medical Center.

She was born November 14, 1954 in San Diego, California to Richard and Mary Edith Sloan Romero.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Yvonne Laguna, Alan Lee Barrett III, and Mary Florence Barrett; grandchildren, Jesse Estrada, Eagle Ray Vigil, Lovely Eagle Plume Vigil, Athena Lee Barrett, Destiny Barrett, Jennifer Wick, Henshaw Star, Little Hawk Barrett, Seth Levi Barrett, Little Bird Barrett, Adrian Michael Rodriguez, Andrew Romero, and Lillia Barrett Lee; great-grandchildren, Sebastian Barrett and Kiman Ekwli Carrizosa; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Santa Ysabel Mission Church in Santa Ysabel, California. Graveside service was Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Santa Ysabel Indian Cemetery under direction of Bonham Brothers and Stewart Mortuary. Local arrangements under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
