Barbara Ann Stevens, 78, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023.

She was born April 27, 1945, in Jonesboro to the late Alfred Frank and Martha Tippitt. She was a long-time office manager at Dreifus Jewelers before retiring as a registered nurse with St. Bernard's Medical Center. She was a member of Jonesboro Worship Center.

She was survived by her husband of nearly 59 years, Lindell Leon Stevens; her siblings and their spouses, Debbie and Bill McQuay, Mark and Sharon Tippitt of Jonesboro, Lisa and Joe Ferguson of Hoxie, and Tim and Dee Tippitt of Paragould; her children and their spouses, Kevin and Susan Stevens of Coal Valley, Illinois, and Sandra and Vinodh Sunderaraj of Renton, Washington; and four grandchildren, Josh, Nick, and Kyle Stevens and Rachel Sunderaraj, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private family visitation Monday, July 3, 2023 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 7, 2023, at Nettleton Cemetery with Rev. Marty Spurlock officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
