Barbara "Bobbie" Jean Cooper Eastin, 77, of Harrisburg, passed away on Friday June 24, 2011 in Fayetteville. Barbara was a lifelong resident of Harrisburg and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Harrisburg. She was also Poinsett County Circuit Clerk for over 18 years.
