Pocahontas- Aubery Melvin Hicks, 90, entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Aubery was born March 14, 1924 in Maynard, Arkansas to the late Robert and Annie Spencer Hicks. He is survived by his son Timothy and wife Teresea Hicks of Memphis,TN. Two grandchildren Micki Spencer and Katie Hicks, Three great grandchildren Aubrey, Dustin, and Hannah Grace Sprencer, daughter- in-law Linda Hicks all of Tuscaloosa, AL. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Quida Hicks, son Gary Hicks, brother Noble Hicks, sister Elreba Evans. Visitation will be Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. with Funeral service at 2:00 P.M. in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with Eric Moffett officiating. Burial following in the Washington Cemetery.
