Obituary
Arthur James "Jim" Young, 70, of Pocahontas passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at The Waters of North Little Rock.
Jim was born February 5, 1950 in Birdell to Melvin and Agnes Johnson Young. He was a truck driver and of the Christian faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Young; one brother, David Young; and one sister Wilma Young.
Jim is survived by his mother, Agnes Young of Birdell; son, James Young of Little Rock; grandchildren, Jamar and Yasmere Young of Little Rock; brother, Johnny Young of Birdell; sisters, Melba West of Little Rock, Merlyn Young of Birdell, and Francille Young of Jonesboro; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 12:30 PM at Hardin Cemetery with Joshua Dement officiating under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
