CHARLESTON, Ill. Mrs. Antha Lou Elliott, 88, of Charleston, formerly of Mount Carmel, Ill., and Jonesboro, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center at Mattoon, Ill. Antha Lou was born July 19, 1920, at Jonesboro, a daughter of Elbert C. and Melissa Mariah Walker Jackson.
