Monette- Mrs. Anna Jones, 98, formerly of Manila, departed this life Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at the St. Bernard\u0027s Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born February 28, 1914, in Swifton, Arkansas, the daughter of Josepheus Slayton and Cora Ruff Slayton. Anna was a homemaker and loved to sew, quilt and garden.
