Jonesboro- Mrs. Ann Wilson, 69, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016. She was born September 14, 1946 in Jonesboro to the late Bruce and Louise Stafford Jones. Ann lived most of her life in Jonesboro and had worked at Arkansas State University in the Library for many years. She enjoyed reading, history, puzzles and crafts. She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Steve Wilson and wife Kim of Jonesboro and Kathy Moore of Trumann; three grandchildren, Taylor Boling (Michael) of Jonesboro, Jonathan Welch (Kayla) of Judsonia and Kyle Welch of Trumann; two great-grandchildren, Drake Welch and Lillie Welch; several aunts and uncles and her beloved dog, Lacie. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John R. Wilson. Mrs. Wilson's request was not to have a public service. Her family will have a private service. Lasting memorials may be sent to the Humane Society of Jonesboro.
