Anita Louise Eversole, 84, passed away January 10, 2023 at St. Bernards Five Rivers Medical Center.

Anita was born October 30, 1938 to the late John Floyd and Mintie Grissom Gunter.

She was preceded in death by parents, John and Mintie Gunter; sister, Bessie Griffith; brothers, Raymond Gunter, Edgar Gunter, Norman Gunter, John D. Gunter; and son in law Bill Masiongale.

Anita is survived by her children, Steven A. Eversole, Tina Masiongale, Vanessa (Weldon) Strickland, Bruce Elige Eversole; three grandchildren, Justin (Jennifer) Masiongale, Jonathan Strickland, Amy (Randy) Verser; three great great grandchildren, Jadelynn Strickland, Natalie Strickland, Khloe Strickland; sister, Helen Mitchell; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Jeral Dean officiating. Burial to follow in Chesser Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Danny White, Braden White, Randy Verser, Eric Hart, Robert Brandt, and David Williams.
