Harrisburg- Issac Andrew Barnhill, 64, passed away on November 24th in Jonesboro. Survivors include his mother, Jessie Vest Barnhill, two brothers; Iley Jr., and Jimmy, two sisters; Eudora Faust and Harriet Austin, 10 nieces and 2 nephews.
