Maynard- Alyce J. James, 79, passed away March 27, 2016 at Five Rivers Medical Center. Alyce was born April 25, 1936 in Belvidere, Illinois to the late Albert and Elizabeth Simons Heuer. She is survived by children: Jesse James, Zoe (Danny) Crouch, Bonnie Blazer; grandchildren: Jesse James Jr, Justin James, Shaun James, Dane Otten, Kyle James, Brandie Wilson, Cynthia Davis, Jennifer Stzaba, Richard Crouch, Brad Blazer, Erin Lisowski; 20 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; brother Kenny Heuer; sister Dorothy Bunjes; and lifelong friend Lillian Luckfeld. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Francis James, grandson Joshua Crouch, son-n-law Howard Blazer, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. A graveside service will be Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Maynard Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
