Fisher- Mrs. Alberta Conaway, 93, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024.

She was born August 31, 1930 at Antoine to the late James David and Selma Koppies Asher. She was a homemaker and a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Waldenburg.

She was survived by her children, Bobby Conaway of Fisher and Trish Conaway of Arlington, Texas; granddaughter, Michelle Conaway of Trumann and several nieces.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Conaway; a brother, Raymond Asher and sister, Ellen Meyers.

A celebration of her life will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024 at All Saints Lutheran Church with Rev. Gerald Heinecke officiating. Interment will be at Waldenburg Cemetery under the direction of Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home.

The visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the church.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jim Hesse, Phil Hesse, Gary Zirbel, Bill Teague, Steve Downing and Stephen Perkins.
