Overland, Missouri Albert E. Stilwell, 80, died Sunday, November 11, 2007 in Florissant, Missouri. He was born in Manila to the late Eddie and Hazel Stilwell. He retired after serving as manager for City and County Sewer Service for 36 years. He proudly served in the Army during World War II.
