Jonesboro- Alan Joseph "Cotton" Sorg, 62, passed away on July 31, 2017.
Alan was born January 18, 1955 in Pocahontas, AR to James and Geneieve Garrison Sorg. He was a longtime employee for Waterloo and Thomas and Betts. He loved hunting, fishing, and motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Andrew Sorg, and brother, Dale Sorg.
He is survived by his son, Eric Sorg and siblings, James Jr. (Ginny) Sorg, Steve (Debbie) Sorg, Jeff Sorg, Larry (Pam) Sorg, Susann (Bill) Sweetwood, Annette (Cecil) Tackett, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 5-7 pm at McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation has been chosen as his final disposition.
